Position Overview

The full‑time Retail Store Manager will lead a team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 members of management, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales, loyalty and talent goals.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achievement of sales, loyalty and talent goals.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and store expenses.
• Connect with the community to increase brand awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information with others and create solutions.

• Previous management experience (required).
• Specialty retail store management experience (preferred).
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action and achieve results.
• Computer proficiency, necessary.
• Availability to work day, evening and weekend hours.
