We market and sell premium horticultural equipment including nutrients, lighting, irrigation, growing media, and environmental controls. Purpose of the RoleResponsible for driving commercial revenue by selling Grow Generation’s portfolio of products to licensed cultivators, commercial farms, and key buyers.

Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by selling capital equipment (lighting, benching, HVAC, fertigation) and recurring consumables (nutrients, growing media, IPM).
- Promote Grow Generation’s proprietary brands (Drip, Char Coir, Ion, Power Si) with strong product knowledge and performance value.
- Lead quoting, pitching, and closing efforts—tailoring offers based on customer needs and lifetime value.
- Identify, research, and target licensed cultivation operators in the Los Angeles region, including MSOs, independents, and co‑ops.
- Retain and grow accounts impacted by recent retail restructuring, ensuring continuity and personal service.
- Travel to customer sites to provide facility walk‑throughs, efficiency analyses, and tailored product solutions.
- Support customer adoption of company’s B2B Portal for quoting, ordering, and account management.
- Train clients and their teams to streamline reordering and customer support workflows.
- Use CRM daily to manage pipelines, document interactions, track quote‑to‑close ratios, and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Represent Grow Generation at trade shows, in‑store events, and online through Linked In, blogs, and grower forums.
- Build a personal and professional brand that reflects expertise, reliability, and customer trust.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Success in this role will require strong product knowledge, client relationship management, territory expertise, and the ability to close capital and consumable deals, including proprietary brand placements and B2B portal onboarding.
CompensationIncludes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees and their dependents that includes:

Part‑time employees are eligible for up to six (6) days of paid sick leave (subject to state and local laws), two (2) weeks of paid parental leave, and participation in the 401k. Employees that move from part‑time to full‑time status may receive less than ten (10) PTO days based on their anniversary date. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.

Requirements- Ability to manage others and promote a positive working environment
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and responsibly
- Ability to communicate with customers and drivers by speaking and listening
