Wing Assistant is seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of our inbound sales engine. You will lead the team, strengthen systems, and ensure qualified opportunities are managed with discipline and urgency. This builder role includes coaching, process improvement, and a modern sales tech stack, with clear revenue targets and on-time performance.
Salary is PHP 90,000 to PHP 110,000 per month, plus On-Target Earnings (OTE);
