, located in the heart of Galt, IA, is thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Feed Mill Operator on our second shift! When you join us, you'll receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus and earn a competitive wage of $22 - $29 per hour

The initial schedule will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a planned transition to second shift hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. A shift differential will apply for all hours worked after 6:00 p.m.

Your day as a Feed Mill Operator starts with the precision of loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring every delivery is handled efficiently. As you move through the day, you'll take charge of general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace for seamless operations. Working closely with our operations and maintenance teams, you'll assist in various tasks, leveraging your problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Your commitment to regular attendance and operating our computer-controlled systems will ensure smooth production processes every step of the way!

• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in confined spaces and heights, bend, kneel, climb, lift up to 55 lbs, and adapt to a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to operate a computer-controlled system
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Previous experience in maintenance-related disciplines is preferred as well as having a high school diploma or equivalent.
