• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous inside sales or customer-service experience preferred
• Mining, aggregate, or heavy-equipment experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
• Odoo experience preferred
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clean driving record for occasional local errands
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• Ability to lift product samples or materials occasionally

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Process inbound orders from customers and outside sales representatives
• Prepare quotes for parts, equipment, and fabrication projects
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and open orders
• Coordinate order fulfillment with shop, warehouse, and shipping teams
• Arrange LTL and flatbed shipping
• Maintain records in Odoo
• Complete inventory lookups
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Resolve order issues and communicate timelines
• Maintain knowledge of crushing and screening products
• Support marketing and online sales activities
• Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
• Perform additional duties as assigned
