The Billing Coordinator will oversee the hotel's billing process, from creating and sending accurate invoices to clients, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments. The role also involves maintaining financial records, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with procedures, requiring strong detail orientation, organization, and communication skills.

• Ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to obtain information and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Provide detailed billing reports and analysis to management as needed.

• Strong numerical and accounting skills (degree preferred).
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Sharp communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with billing software, accounts receivable (AR), and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple invoices, track payments, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
