Accounting Manager
Salary: $110K – $120K

- Ownership of month‑end, financial reporting, and core accounting operations
- Play a key role in audit processes across multiple areas (governmental, state, insurance)
- Influence accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Hands‑on involvement in ERP implementation/conversion initiatives
- Broad scope across AP, AR, and GL — strong operational and strategic mix

- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements
- Oversee AP/AR and manage month‑end close process
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, and bank activity
- Support audits across multiple channels (year‑end, governmental, insurance)
- Maintain internal controls and improve accounting policies/procedures
- Lead, train, and support accounting staff and divisional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting leadership (Accounting Manager or similar)
- Strong GL experience and month‑end close expertise
- Construction industry experience preferred; CMiC a plus
