The Accounts Payable Specialist at SLSCO LTD will manage weekly AP processing, coding invoices, and timely payments in a fast-paced construction-adjacent environment. You will verify back-up, Post journal entries, and coordinate with project managers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
You will maintain organized records, comply with policy, and support the Controller with accurate payment reporting and timely vendor communications.
