Senior Accountant

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a privately owned construction company that has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years and is adding a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to its corporate accounting team due to continued expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own general ledger accounting and month-end close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Support fixed asset accounting
• Assist with allocations and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Partner closely with leadership as the company continues to grow

What They’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong GAAP and general ledger accounting knowledge
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Someone who embraces change, communicates well, and enjoys improving processes
