Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Admin Assistant
Job Title
Energetic, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Coordinates and performs daily office operations to provide excellent customer service to our UTMB clients. The position requires strong customer service and record keeping skills. This position is a client liaison for a wide range of print media services and products for UTMB and its customer base.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Deliver and/or retrieves materials as instructed
- Assist production staff as needed
Required Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience.
Must have proficiency with cross-platform use of PC applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Equipment:
Standard office equipment
Operation of university vehicles, trucks or vans.
Working Environment:
Standard office and print production environment
Continuous reaching, standing and moving.
Ability to move and lift up to 30 lbs.

Compensation:
- Hiring Range: $21.50
