Account Manager
A Personal Lines team is seeking an Account Manager to provide dependable, detail-oriented support for clients and their insurance needs. This position plays an important role in keeping client requests, policy documentation, and day-to-day service needs moving efficiently and accurately.
Ideal candidates will be organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
The Job- Provide day-to-day service and support for Personal Lines clients and assist with a variety of policy-related requests.
- Assist with customer service requests and outstanding service needs.
- Process incoming requests and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Review cancellation and non-renewal notices for accuracy and take appropriate action with priority.
- Verify mortgage change requests, correct errors, and follow up as needed.
- Support the processing of client payments and generate receipts upon request.
- Assist with correspondence, documentation, mailings, and other agency projects requiring strong organization and attention to detail.
- Provide backup support to other members of the client service team as needed.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple requests and priorities.
- Perform additional duties and projects as directed by agency management.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.

- Comfortable following detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
