* + Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Faculty and APP positions, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and offer processing.

+ Serve as the primary liaison between departmental leadership, HR, credentialing, and search committees to ensure timely and effective communication.

+ Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new Faculty and APPs, including orientation scheduling, credentialing support, and equipment/space preparation.

+ Develop and maintain onboarding checklists and timelines tailored to Faculty and APP roles.

+ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, HR, Compliance) to ensure onboarding requirements are met.

+ Provide high-level customer service to candidates, new hires, and departmental leadership.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment and onboarding activities.

+ Act as a resource for inquiries related to hiring processes, onboarding steps, and institutional policies.

+ Responsible for executing with minimal direction, administrative duties at the highest level while exercising considerable discretion and judgment
