Reservations Condominium Coordinator
A Reservations Condominium Coordinator is responsible for booking condominium guest reservations for individuals and/or groups. Responsibilities also include, but not limited to, booking, modifying, selling and cancelling reservations and services for guests for the San Luis Condominiums, while providing exemplary customer service to ensure guest loyalty and increased profit margins. Responsibilities include answering internal and external telephone calls in order to assist the caller with their inquiries and requests, selling of additional services and upgrades to respective guests by presenting, promoting products/services, maintaining accurate guest records, and performing other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications include possessing excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate, the ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
