Job SummaryThe Postdoctoral Certificate Program is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Federal Work-Study student assistant to provide administrative and research support. The assistant will assist with day-to-day program operations, maintain program resources, and conduct literature reviews to support curriculum development, assessment activities and program initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals interested in higher education, research training, program administration or academic program development.
Job Duties Administrative Support- Assist with program scheduling, event coordination, and communication with postdoctoral fellows.
- Organize digital files, manage spreadsheets, and maintain program documentation.
- Support data entry, record-keeping and tracking.
- Conduct structured literature searches on topics relevant to professional development, career pathways, mentoring or pedagogy.
- Summarize articles and create annotated bibliographies.
- Compile background materials for workshops and curriculum updates.
- Maintain a database of sources, citations, and review notes.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.
