Missions

Implement the pedagogical project and coordinate the activity projects (submitted by the hierarchy) that result from it, ensuring the harmonization of the psychomotor and psycho-affective development of young children. Provide pedagogical supervision. Welcome the child and their family, respecting their uniqueness. Support parents in the education of their child. Attached to the head of the collective nursery, your main duties will be the following:

• Contribute to the elaboration of the pedagogical project and ensure its implementation in collaboration with the team and under the responsibility of the head and their deputy;
• Contribute to the psychomotor development and well-being of the child by organizing educational activities;
• Promote a co-educational approach by soliciting the cooperation of parents;
• Organize and implement educational activities;
• Participate in the hygiene, comfort, and well-being care of the children;
• Create and establish the conditions for the individual and collective well-being of the child (arrangement of the living space, etc.);
• Train and supervise trainees.

Experience required in a similar position. You have a thorough understanding of the stages of young children's development from a psychopedagogical, psychomotor, affective, and social perspective and demonstrate organization and rigor. With strong relational skills, you are recognized for your discretion, commitment, and team spirit.

Recruitment conditions:
Full-time (37.5 hours per week) – 5 weeks of leave + 15 days of additional leave. Statutory remuneration + incentive scheme (IFSE and CIA) + 13th month salary (for civil servants)

Art. L332-14 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position while waiting for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract cannot exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of 2 years.
