For our client, a groupe international de haute technologie opérant dans les domaines de l'aéronautique (propulsion, équipements et intérieurs), de l'espace et de la défense, we are looking for a Pilote d'industrialisation F/H.

As a Pilote d'industrialisation, you will pilot the industrialisations internes et/ou externes depuis le lancement du projet jusqu'à la montée en cadence. You will be garant du bon déroulement de l'industrialisation chez les fournisseurs jusqu'à la montée en production en assurant le suivi, le support technique et le reporting.

Your main missions will be the following:

• Soutenir the selection of suppliers (preliminary analyses, risks, industrial evaluations, syntheses for supplier choices).
• Pilot the multidisciplinary groups and the industrialization process (planning, follow-up of milestones and budget).
• Manage and analyze the Dossier de Validation Industrielle (DVI).
• Assure technical support to suppliers by mobilizing internal and external competencies.
• Pilot the delivery of the first parts.
• Communicate on the progress (reporting) and alert in case of drift.

You are from a technical Bac+5 formation in the domains of industrial engineering, mechanics...

You have a first experience in the field of production, industrialization as well as knowledge in the manufacturing processes of parts (machining, special processes, assembly…).

An experience in the aeronautical sector is a real plus.

Fluent English (read, write, spoken) is indispensable in the position (travels are to be expected at suppliers).

You have a real team spirit to animate transversely the support functions and external suppliers.

You are a person who knows how to take initiatives and be reactive.

You know how to communicate in a clear and synthetic way.
