As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Galveston Branch, you will be based in Galveston, TX. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive.
Responsibilities- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Process a variety of customer interactions.
- Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
- Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate customer focused behavior, being knowledgeable about values and practices that align with customer needs.
- Manage risk, assess all risks associated with business objectives, and ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Work Experience:
Roles at this level typically do not require a university or college degree, high school diploma, GED, or significant product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Prior experience is not required.
