Job Description
This requisition contains multiple locations, but there is not an immediate opening for every location listed.
The position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially begin your role in a phone‑based capacity until another financial center location has been determined to move to that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Expectations and ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain the required securities industry licenses. Once licensed, you will be taught foundational skills to build and manage client relationships, understand complex financial pictures, and provide personalized advice. You will work in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions, helping clients achieve their financial goals.
After demonstrating success as a licensed FSA I, you typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients and gaining opportunities for advancement.
SAFE Act RequirementThe position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register and maintain good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.

- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet virtually all client needs.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Must be self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
