Cost and Project Controls Analyst
Salary: $90K-$110K

Key Responsibilities for the Cost Control & Project Controls Analyst:
- Prepare monthly project cost-control and financial performance reporting.
• Analyze budgets, actual costs, commitments, profitability, and project forecasts.
• Partner with Project Managers to review results, identify variances, and support corrective actions.
• Assist with monthly forecasting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis.
• Monitor project performance, identify financial risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and project-control processes.
Qualifications for the Cost Control & Project Controls Analyst:
- 3–7 years of experience in construction accounting, project controls, cost control, project accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction job costing and project financial analysis.
• Experience analyzing budgets, forecasts, commitments, costs, and profitability.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large financial and project datasets.
