The Galveston County Sheriff's Office seeks a Telecommunicator to be the critical link between the public and emergency responders. You will receive emergency and non-emergency calls, evaluate requests, and dispatch responders while protecting sensitive data.
This role requires calm under pressure, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, or overtime. A TCOLE license and TCIC/NCIC certifications are required, along with a Texas driver’s license and basic computer skills.
