A leading healthcare institution is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced Call Center environment. This role involves answering a high volume of calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing caller concerns with empathy and efficiency. On-site work is required from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
