Room Attendant

It is the responsibility of the Room Attendant to clean and sanitize guest rooms in their assigned area to ensure the rooms are ready for guest arrival. Responsibilities include quickly and efficiently cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms to meet standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance. Tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, changing bed linens, and any other cleaning procedures necessary are performed.

A high level of service is provided when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety. Rooms are checked and repair needs are noted prior to releasing room for future occupancy (doesn't release deficient rooms).

Qualifications include professional appearance and demeanor, effective communication skills, and prior experience as a Room Attendant.
