The Post Oak seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and deliver exemplary service at the hotel front desk. You will check guests in/out, handle payments, and assist with inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.
Responsibilities include registering guests, resolving billing questions, and supporting other departments as needed. A high school diploma or GED and prior customer service experience are required or preferred.
