Administrative Manager, ASG II; Hybrid

Job Title

To manage the business and other clerical activities for a department.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and three years related experience.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Faculty and APP positions, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and offer processing.

Serve as the primary liaison between departmental leadership, HR, credentialing, and search committees to ensure timely and effective communication.

Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new Faculty and APPs, including orientation scheduling, credentialing support, and equipment/space preparation.

Develop and maintain onboarding checklists and timelines tailored to Faculty and APP roles.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, HR, Compliance) to ensure onboarding requirements are met.

Provide high-level customer service to candidates, new hires, and departmental leadership.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment and onboarding activities.

Act as a resource for inquiries related to hiring processes, onboarding steps, and institutional policies.

Responsible for executing with minimal direction, administrative duties at the highest level while exercising considerable discretion and judgment.
