The Track Lead for Support & Operations is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of GCP Security and Perimeter Security Operations. This role focuses on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and empowering teams to meet service level agreements while fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance operational systems by implementing GCP security best practices and developing reporting tools that streamline information flow and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their GCP security requirements, ensuring the support team consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Lead and mentor the project team in perimeter security operations by establishing clear communication channels and aligning project goals with organizational objectives.
• Foster innovation by proactively identifying opportunities for process development within GCP security frameworks, driving overall organizational progress.
• Provide tailored security solutions that align with customer needs and organizational capabilities, ensuring business results are achieved effectively.
