Duties- Research and draft motions and pleadings.
- Conduct depositions and manage case dockets.
- Travel for depositions and hearings as needed.
- Utilize software such as Dropbox, Excel, PowerPoint, Pro Doc, E-Filing, and PACER.
- Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience.
- Experience in insurance claims or adjusting is advantageous.
- Trial experience is beneficial.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Active member of the Texas State Bar preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
