Job Description
Overview The Engineer is responsible for performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities- Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations Maintenance
- Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments
- Ability to work on call shifts for emergencies, holidays, and weekends
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Related degree preferred or accredited certifications
- Minimum two years experience
- Knowledge of carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance
