• Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to dispatchers, drivers, office personnel, and operational staff
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development programs
• Foster a positive, accountable, and service-focused workplace culture
• Conduct coaching sessions and provide ongoing performance feedback
• Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication across departments

• Oversee daily transportation activities to ensure safe, efficient, and dependable service delivery
• Monitor operational performance, staffing levels, and resource utilization
• Work closely with dispatch and fleet teams to maintain service readiness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, reliability, and overall operational performance

• Promote a culture centered on outstanding customer service
• Support the resolution of escalated customer concerns and service-related issues
• Build positive relationships with passengers, community partners, and local organizations
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements that enhance the customer experience
• Represent zTrip professionally within the community and industry

• Review operational reports, performance metrics, and key performance indicators
• Support initiatives designed to improve productivity, service quality, and operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic goals and growth initiatives
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, workforce planning, and operational projects
• Drive continuous improvement efforts that support long-term success

• Previous leadership experience in transportation, logistics, operations, fleet management, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and accountability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
