Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support: Assist with planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, events, email).
  • Content & Social Media: Draft posts, manage accounts, schedule content, and coordinate with designers for visuals.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, collect marketing data, compile reports on campaign effectiveness, and analyze trends.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage databases (CRM), coordinate schedules, liaise with vendors (printers), and handle general project support.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand target audiences and market trends.
Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or as a marketing assistant.
  • Campaign Support
    :
    Assisting with planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, email, events).
  • Content & Digital
    :
    Managing social media, optimizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), creating blog posts, newsletters, and visual materials.
  • Research & Analytics
    :
    Conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback (surveys, metrics), and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Administrative & Coordination
    :
    Performing daily office tasks, managing databases, liaising with sales/external agencies, and supporting team members.
  • Communication
    :
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content.
  • Analytical Mindset
    :
    Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable marketing improvements.
  • Creativity
    : A passion for staying up to date with the latest AI marketing trends.
