Oncology Infusion Nurse Navigator | Patient Care Advocate

Capyear is seeking a Patient Navigator (RN) specializing in Oncology Infusion in Galveston, Texas. This role involves serving as a central coordinator and advocate for patients, guiding them through their treatment process to ensure they receive timely and effective care. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Nursing, a current RN license, and at least three years of nursing or patient navigator experience, preferably with a focus on oncology.

Candidates must also possess or be willing to obtain Oncology Certified Nurse certification within the year.
