Interim Health Care in Galveston, TX is seeking a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide patient-centered home health care under RN supervision. You will collaborate with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver high-quality care, take vitals, assess progress and document changes.
Qualified candidates are graduates of accredited LVN programs with active TX LVN licenses and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of LVN experience, ideally in home health.
