Missions
At the heart of the dynamics of transformation of the commune, you occupy a strategic and transversal position. You pilot the operational implementation of the New Urban Renewal Program (NPRU) and the deployment of the national "Small Cities of Tomorrow" (PVD) program. Pivot of citizen consultation, you participate in the actions of consultation of the inhabitants on the subjects that concern the future of their territory.

- Pilotage of urban projects
- Ensuring the follow-up and coordination of the New Urban Renewal Program (NPRU).
- Ensuring the good articulation of the urban planning projects and their coherence with the municipal orientations.
- Conduct of the "Small Cities of Tomorrow" program
- Developing, implementing and following the territory project.
- Organizing the animation of the program with the partners.
- Ensuring the administrative, technical and financial pilotage of the operations, as well as the search for financing.
- Partnership animation and governance
- Coordinating the relations with the institutional partners, the lenders, the economic actors and the associative ones.
- Animating the pilotage instances and federating the actors around the projects.
- Consultation and communication
- Developing the citizen participation and accompanying the consultation steps.
- Ensuring the communication with the inhabitants on the urban projects.
Holder of a higher education (Bac+3) in territorial planning, urbanism, local development or public administration, you have confirmed experience in project management within a territorial community or a public body. Knowledge of urban renewal devices (NPRU/ANRU) and of the "Small Cities of Tomorrow" program or Heart of City Action would be an appreciated asset. You master the methods of project management and pilotage, the consultation steps as well as the institutional and regulatory environment of the territorial communities.
Rigorous, autonomous and organized you have solid writing and relational skills, a developed synthesis spirit and a capacity to mobilize the actors around transversal projects. Dynamic, force of proposal and endowed with an acute sense of the public service, you show professional discretion and you master the budgetary follow-up as well as the pilotage of the financing and subsidies.
Working conditions:
Teleworking: 1 day/week Frequent trips on the communal territory Driving license B mandatory Recruitment conditions:
Statutory remuneration + indemnitarian regime (IFSE and CIA) + 13th month salary (for civil servants) Working time: 37.5 hours per week - 5 weeks of leave + 15 days of ARTT. Benefits:
