Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain service standards
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic labor management
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury property
