Promote a safe and productive work environment;
Lead operations processes and SOPs including stocking, truck unloading, store recovery, feed management, and inventory activities;
Oversee the Receiver duties including assisting the Store Manager in hiring, training, development, coaching, and ensuring receiving standards;
Manage store perpetual inventory accuracy including correcting/adjusting discrepancies and processing POs;
Provide customer service as dictated by business needs and support Store Manager with overall store operations
