Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Retail Team Leader (Key Holder)

• Open and close the store
• Assist with daily store operations and tasks
• Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize, and transfer from stockroom to store
• Maintain merchandise: product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, ensuring product quality
• Provide exceptional customer service – build relationships, problem‑solve, and drive sales
• Cash handling – bank deposits, change for cashiers, set and count down registers
• Help build and train the team; supervise sales associates in performance of their duties

• 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and lift above shoulder height
• Flexible full‑time schedule: days, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Safe operation of power equipment: slicing equipment, walkie lifts, forklifts where applicable
• Occasional alarm call response during non‑working hours and shift flexibility at local stores
• Minimum age 18
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Successful pre‑employment checks, including drug screen and criminal background check
• Basic computer skills
