Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker)

Start your career as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program, earning a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.

• Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful customer service in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Interact with customers daily to help with sales and negotiate mutually satisfactory agreements regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and other items.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
