* Minimum Qualifications:

* High school or equivalent. No experience is required. Valid Texas class C driver's license.

* Job Description:

* To provide assistance in guiding vehicular traffic and enforcing parking and driving regulations.

* Job Duties:

*
* ** Primarily maintains the appearance of the surface lots and garages working as a team member.*
* + Maintains the appearance of the parking facilities by picking up trash, cleaning, and monitoring

+ Patrol parking lots for unauthorized vehicles.

+ Observes traffic and parking violations and issues campus citations for infractions.

+ Assists staff, employees, and visitors by giving directions and parking information.

+ Submits daily activity reports.

+ Adheres to internal controls established for the department.

+ Performs related duties as required.

** Equipment:*
* Equipment used for cleaning and maintaining parking facilities, parking ticket equipment, and state vehicles.

** Working Environment:*
* Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions.

* Work Schedule:

*
* Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm and as needed on occasion.

* Actual salary based on experience.
