Daytime:
Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observed concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to enforce location rules and restricted area protocols, and document security‑related incidents according to site procedures.
• Support a professional environment by offering directions and assistance when appropriate, answering routine questions, and maintaining awareness of daily activity across the location.

• Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
