The Track Lead for Support & Operations is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of GCP Security and Perimeter Security Operations. This role focuses on continuous improvement, problem‑solving, and empowering teams to meet service level agreements while fostering a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance operational systems by implementing GCP security best practices and developing reporting tools that streamline information flow and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their GCP security requirements, ensuring the support team consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Lead and mentor the project team in perimeter security operations by establishing clear communication channels and aligning project goals with organizational objectives.
- Foster innovation by proactively identifying opportunities for process development within GCP security frameworks, driving overall organizational progress.
- Provide tailored security solutions that align with customer needs and organizational capabilities, ensuring business results are achieved effectively.
- Expert‑level proficiency in GCP security and perimeter security operations.
- Strong understanding of operational management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Proven problem‑solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Optional but valuable certifications:
Google Cloud Professional Security Engineer, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Maximum Salary (US): 135,000. Minimum Salary (US): 76,000.
Compensation and BenefitsA candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
