Maintenance Engineer – Hotel

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Maintenance Engineer, where your technical expertise and proactive approach will ensure our hotel remains a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for guests and staff alike. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projects.
  • Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in the hospitality or facilities management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems are preferred.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and outside regular hours as needed.
