This role involves supporting carpenters and other craft workers, performing general clean‑up, and ensuring safety during hot work operations. • High School Diploma or GED preferred
• One or more years’ experience in industrial and/or marine industry preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including climbing up to 100 feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Manual dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, good physical fitness, and sense of balance
• Ability to work as a member of a team

• Must wear hearing, eye, and other necessary protective equipment
