Pool Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a solution‑oriented and customer‑focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role provides on‑site pool cleaning and maintenance following our proven methods, handling chemicals safely, following established protocols, and sharing lessons learned with the team.

You will enjoy outdoor work, be a self‑starter who can work independently with minimal oversight, and uphold the standard of “resort‑quality service.”

Responsibilities and measurable outcomes include:

• Manage a swimming pool route with weekly pool cleanings.
• Stock chemicals on the truck and adjust water chemistry for each pool on a weekly basis.
• Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• Identify equipment repair needs and communicate them to the office.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with clients, their families, and pets on the route.

• A valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to work efficiently and lift up to 100 lbs

No specific prior pool experience is required as we will teach the ASP methods; however, a high school diploma and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license are preferred.
