Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience. A valid commercial driver's license is required. Completion of a Defensive Driving course is required within the first six months of hire.
Job SummaryTo operate vehicles requiring a commercial driver's license in a safe manner. Duties vary with the type of vehicle operated. (Position is subject to DOT regulations, which include drug and alcohol testing. Testing includes pre-employment, random, and for-cause.)
Job Duties- Operating a Mammography bus from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Executing Medical Courier Routes (all shifts)
- Assisting with delivery of vehicles to service centers
- Assisting with a Laundry Route with a Box Truck
- Achieving a Medical Courier Certificate (classes provided and paid for)
- HUB locations, Galveston and League City
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or required
- Assists with the loading and unloading of materials from vehicles
- Is required to comply with all Courier Services procedures and processes
Operation of three-quarter to three-ton vehicles, including trucks or vans.
Working Environment/Location of PositionLift and move heavy objects over 50 lbs. Drive vehicles under adverse weather conditions and the ability to cope with emergency driving situations. Conditions such as noise, odors, cramped workspace, and/or fumes could sometimes cause discomfort. Alertness and careful attention to detail will be required to avoid injury.

Specific job requirements or physical location of some positions allocated to this classification may render this position security sensitive, and thereby subject to the provisions of Section 51.215, Texas Education Code.
Salary Range$18.00 an hour.
Work Schedule- 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
