Bologna Health Jobs Ireland, is seeking a 2 Locum Consultants in anaesthesia with S.I. in Chronic Pain
Responsibilities:
-Assessment and management of patients with chronic pain
- Provision of anaesthesia services for surgical procedures
- Development and implementation of chronic pain management plans
- Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- Provision of education and training to medical staff and students
- Active involvement in research and quality improvement activities
Locations: West of Ireland
-He/she will be part of the team of consultants, and will be one of the most responsible for the department, therefore he has a leadership position and acts with total autonomy, below him are the residents and licensed doctors-registrars, he will have to supervise all the decisions made by your team, and will report to the hospital's clinical director

- Initial contracts of 1 or 2 years (relocation package) or 6 months. Great opportunities to obtain permanent contracts for consulting positions.
- The annual gross basic salary of psychiatrist consultants is up to 277k (37 hours per week) + on-call ( up to 300,000 € per year). Approximate net monthly salary of €9,000 net/month after taxes and pension deductions.

Requirements :
- Minimum experience of 6 years (after primary medical qualification) in the practice of the medical profession, of which no less than 5 have been dedicated to anesthersia (counting their residency period).
-Fellowship of 2 years in Chronic Pain
- Very high level of English (at least b2).
- Registered in the IMC in the registry of specialists in anaesthesia . We will help all candidates do this if they are not already registered. We are one of the few agencies that will actually review all of your documents in order to do this.
- All candidates not already registered must be qualified as specialists in anaesthesia within the European Union (no CVS will be considered without this requirement) or alternatively must have held a recognized specialist qualification in an EU member state and having practiced for 3 years. from the date of recognition if you come from outside the EU.
