This is a full‑time role based in The Greater Toronto Area for an Account Development Manager. Responsibilities include fostering and managing relationships with key accounts, developing strategic business plans to drive sales growth, identifying opportunities for new customer acquisition, and delivering exceptional customer service and support. The Account Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet sales objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications- Strong Account Management and Business Planning skills to drive growth and develop strategic partnerships
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to ensure positive client relationships
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Keen analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM software and relevant sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the architectural coatings or construction industry is an asset
