As the Director of Distribution, you will lead efforts to professionalize Samyang Canada’s sales ecosystem. Your expertise in working with ethnic distributors will be crucial as you identify and onboard new partners while ensuring performance aligns with company standards. You will help define trade plans, execute programs, and drive business development initiatives to capture new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance across existing distributors and partners

• Identify and onboard new distribution routes to market

• Establish and maintain broker relationships with execution standards

• Develop trade plans, promotions, and execution programs

• Lead business development through indirect channel initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Distribution or National Account management

• Extensive experience with ethnic distributors in Canada

• Knowledge of SAMYANG or similar ethnic food brands

• Strong understanding of distributor economics and incentives

• Proven track record managing multiple partners
