Manager of Indigenous Capacity Development

As the Capacity Development Manager, you will establish meaningful connections with Indigenous clients, employing your degree in finance and five years of relevant experience.

Your role includes facilitating training sessions, developing educational resources, and helping organizations adopt essential governance practices to achieve FMS certification successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust with First Nation clients seeking FMS certification

• Facilitate client education and empowerment initiatives

• Assist in developing capacity-building workshops and webinars

• Work with stakeholders to implement best practices

• Represent FMB at national and regional conferences

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• At least five years in audit or funding monitoring

• Proficient in English;
French language skills are an asset

• Strong knowledge of First Nations systems

• Availability for travel and non-standard work hours
