Shape the future of customer engagement as the Director of Expansion Sales d a high-performing team to drive sales growth and enhance customer value across the NAMER market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build a customer value-driven team culture
• Hire and mentor Managers to enhance team performance
• Design upmarket account management strategies
• Deliver accurate retention and expansion forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer insights
Requirements:
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience
• 5+ years managing post-sales teams in SaaS
• Proven record of revenue retention and expansion
• Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship needed
