Position: Auto Vendor Program Manager Role
Join Allstate as a Manager for the Auto Vendor Program, where you will drive operational excellence and enhance overall vendor relationships and performance metrics. This position is designed for talented leaders focused on cost control and quality service delivery.

In this role, you'll report to the National Senior Manager and lead a team of Vendor Consultants to ensure robust vendor management practices. Your strategic direction will guide the team in achieving objectives around cost containment, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while also fostering employee engagement in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of auto vendor consultants effectively

• Optimize vendor management processes to improve efficiency

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and adherence to contracts

• Build strong supplier relationships for better service

• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular audits

Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in Auto Vendor Management

• Proven skills in negotiation and conflict resolution

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Tableau

• Background in Insurance Claims environments

• Knowledgeable in legal and regulatory requirements
