As part of ourgrowth and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Food Safety Sales Specialist.

Commission Pay
- Build a solid understanding of Kersia’s value proposition, customers’ business objectives and applicablegovernment regulations to promote innovative products and customized service model.
- Develop and coordinatestrategies with the sales and marketing department to increase sales growth andretain current customers.
- Identify new opportunities byprospecting for new business and conducting sales calls.
- Build profitable sales in an assigned territory through additional sales with current customers and demonstrate commitment to prospecting and new business development.
- Develop strong relationships and networks to increase industry knowledge, sales growth, and customer satisfaction, notably by participating in industry associations.
- Understand customers’ processes and procedures and partner with customers to identify and implement uniquehygiene solutions that maximize plant efficiency.
- Provide expertise to customers to improve sanitation, safety, quality, and operations, including assistance with sanitation plans & programs, standard operating procedures, and employee training.
- Coordinate and provide technical support and consultation services to increase overall value to the customer.
- Communicate effectively withall levels of plant staff.
- Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, and operations to inform them of account activity and any actions required to optimally service the customer.
